• You will receive an automated email with a link to create an event in Best Coast Pairings. If this is your first time hosting, PLEASE IGNORE THIS EMAIL. You will receive step-by-step instructions in a personal email from op@catanstudio.com within a few days. If you’re an old hand at creating events and don’t need the walk-through, feel free to click on links and create your event on your own.
• Once you receive and follow the personalized instructions regarding creating your Best Coast Pairings event, we will work with you to troubleshoot any issues until you’re all squared away and approved.
• Publicize your event! Please utilize the marketing assets available here, or reach out to op@catanstudio.com if you need assistance with something specific (i.e. a special size or different layout).

Prize Support:

• Retailers: Speak with your Asmodee sales representative to request a tournament kit.
• Conventions and large Fan-run events (64+ attendees): Contact op@catanstudio.com
• Non-Retail and small Fan-run events (less than 64 attendees): In order to receive prize support, you must partner with a retail sponsor. Please reach out to op@catanstudio.com for assistance with this process.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email from op@catanstudio.com and a link to the next step in the process. Check your spam/junk mail if you do not receive it, as we will communicate with you via that email address for all correspondence related to your event.
