The CATAN Championship in the United States
The US CATAN National Championship is changing for 2027.
Next year, the tournament will expand to include a Quarterfinal round made up of the top finishers from the Regional Preliminary events.
Individual Local Qualifier winners will be eligible to compete in their Regional Preliminary. See a full description of the changes here.

Your 2026 Regional representatives:
The 2026 United States Champion will compete in the 2027 CATAN World Championship, location and date TBD. National Champions may also represent their countries at other international events.

NOTE: All participants must be residents of the United States and be 18+ years of age. You should be able to prove residency with an official ID card and/or a piece of mail (such as a utility bill) sent to a United States residential address. Winners of current season Local Qualifier Tournaments are not allowed to play in additional Local Qualifier events in the same Region leading up to the next National Championship.
