To host an official CATAN Championship Qualifier, you must first submit your event details using the form below. Please include all requested information.

Next Steps:

• You will receive an email with instructions, generally within three (3) business days
• Do not create your own event, either in Best Coast Pairings or on Facebook. We will send specific instructions!

Prize Support:

• Retailers: Speak with your Asmodee sales representative to request a tournament kit.
• Conventions: Our Community Director will follow up with you to discuss convention support, including tournament prizes.
• Non-Retail/Non-Convention Hosts (Fan events): In order to receive prizing, you must partner with a retail sponsor. Please reach out to op@catanstudio.com for assistance with this process.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email from op@catanstudio.com. Check your spam/junk mail if you do not receive it, as we will communicate with you via that email address for all correspondence related to your event. You should receive another email with instructions about event creation in Best Coast Pairings within three (3) business days.
